  1. Physical escalation and routines is always an interesting topic. Perhaps you should expand on the above, would be great to read. Here’s another: Feel her arm muscles – can do this while talking about fitness, working out, etc. Number 2, tans on the arm, is something I’ve done before as well. Especially in Latin America, there’s so many shades of arm color and tans. Very useful routine.
